1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and k5999 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through k5999, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of k5999 and close any account you have registered.

2.Eligibility Requirements

3.Account Registration and Security

To access k5999 services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required during the registration process. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k5999 account password. You must not share your password with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to use your account.
• You must notify k5999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• k5999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account login details secure, or from your authorisation of another person to access your account.
• k5999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a registration violates these Terms, involves false or misleading information, or is made by a person who is ineligible to hold a k5999 account.
• All account information provided to k5999 must be in your own name. Accounts registered in a false name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's identity documents are prohibited and will be closed upon discovery.

k5999 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect account data in transit and at rest. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and k5999 cannot guarantee the absolute security of its systems against all possible threats. 4.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

• k5999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where account verification is incomplete. In such circumstances, k5999 may request additional identity or payment verification documents before releasing funds.
• k5999 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals to bKash or Nagad under normal circumstances. However, mobile wallet operators may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond k5999's control.

Players are advised that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that funds deposited into a k5999 account should be discretionary funds that the player can afford to lose. k5999 does not provide credit to players, and all deposits must represent funds that the player owns and controls. Any deposit made using borrowed money, credit facilities, or funds obtained through any illicit means is a breach of these Terms.

5.Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

k5999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits , and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — whether through the same account, a second account, or a different payment method — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

Seasonal and event-based promotions, including offers tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant events, are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

6.Gameplay, Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

k5999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All casino game outcomes on k5999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the respective game providers. Sports betting odds and outcomes are determined by the results of actual sporting events. The following fair play rules apply to all k5999 players:

7.Prohibited Activities

In addition to the conduct prohibited under the fair play section above, the following activities are strictly prohibited on k5999 and will result in account suspension, termination, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Using k5999 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using k5999 transactions to obscure the origin, ownership, or destination of funds.
• Opening more than one k5999 account, whether in your own name or using false information, in order to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose.
• Accessing k5999 using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location, particularly where such access is used to circumvent geographic restrictions or to access k5999 from a jurisdiction where it is not available.

k5999 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Players found to be engaged in prohibited activities will not receive advance notice before their account is suspended or closed. k5999's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred is final subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

8.Account Suspension and Termination

k5999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or payment terms.
• k5999 is required to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order that necessitates the suspension, restriction, or closure of the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under k5999's responsible gaming tools.
• k5999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes, even where a formal breach of these Terms has not yet been established.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, k5999 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that account, including both deposited funds and any bonus or winnings balance. Where an account is closed for any reason not attributable to a breach by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable timeframe.

9.Responsible Gaming

k5999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity. k5999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity on the platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours.

11.Limitation of Liability

• k5999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the k5999 platform, even where k5999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Closing your account will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued between you and k5999 prior to the date of account closure.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of k5999. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or with the use of the k5999 platform, shall first be submitted to k5999 customer support for resolution. k5999 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all player disputes within 14 days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].

Nothing in this clause prevents k5999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in connection with any actual or threatened breach of these Terms that may cause irreparable harm. k5999's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of k5999's right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
